Who I Am
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Aside from counseling, I enjoy playing all types of games with friends and family, discussing passions and purpose, and relaxing with my partner and dogs (*insert dorky photo of an anxious Maltipoo and goofy Rottweiler mix*).

What I Do
I work with each client to identify what thoughts or experiences are holding them back from their goals towards health and happiness. I’m particularly passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and working with people through life transitions.

Why I Do It
Life brings inevitable ups and downs. As a therapist, I feel honored to foster a safe space which allows for an intentional and non-judgemental relationship to develop. This allows clients to dig deep and discover incredible change.

MY APPROACH
Selecting the right therapist or coach is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.
Collaborative
I will carry my experience and knowledge with me in order to support you in every way that I can. I want you to find purpose and live a full life that is congruent with your aspirations and unique journey.
Affirming
I have experienced the power of an unbiased and non-judgmental connection through therapy. It is hard to believe who you are is exactly right when this world has hurt you over and over. You are who you are meant to be - now let’s work together so you can see it that way!
Curious
I am so excited to learn about who you are! I do not bring an agenda and certainly don’t believe I know you better than yourself. With a desire to understand and cultivate authenticity, I will always learn and grow alongside our process.

SPECIALTIES
I am qualified to counsel a variety of challenges. Below are just a few areas I help clients with most.

LGBTQIA+ Concerns
LGBTQIA+ folks face some of the same difficulties as other folks but also have unique challenges best navigated with a therapist who gets it.

College Student Concerns
Early adulthood is full of transition. College adds a number of stressors, particularly for first-generation college students.

Anxiety
Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.

Self-Esteem
Our experiences often impact how we feel about ourselves. Whether we get the negative messaging from the world or our own thoughts, counseling can help us build confidence.
