my counseling philosophy

Empowering

I believe in the power of therapy, but I also believe that it only works when you do the work. That can be pretty tough when so much seems out of your control. I want to help you find your power.

Down-to-Earth

Whether this is your first time in therapy or your first time with me, you deserve to feel safe. I know that trust is something to build and having a relatable, warm, and non-judgmental therapist is a great start.

Compassionate

No matter how many stories I've heard, I haven't heard yours (yet). You have probably already tried to find answers alone. I respect your journey, and am honored to walk with you to find a new path.
