You’re used to being strong and you’ve tried to hold it together for so long. This is your opportunity to let go and pick up something new.

The journey begins (again) here.

When the going gets tough, the tough go to therapy.

my counseling philosophy

Optimistic

I don’t know what brings you to therapy, but no matter how dark your season or situation feels, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Though the journey toward healing can seem daunting at times, it’s worth it, and YOU’RE worth it. Even when you don't see a path forward, I will help you find hope.

Real

Effective therapy requires accountability. I don’t believe in sugar-coating anything, so I’ll never beat around the bush. But I also believe there are effective, empathetic, and efficient ways to communicate. I’ll ask the tough questions, but I will always keep you in mind.

Enthusiastic

I believe in you. I truly want to help you navigate whatever you’re facing. My hope is to encourage and empower you with the confidence and new skills necessary to walk your path boldly and happily. This isn't just a career for me--it's a passion, and I'm excited to see you win.
