I'm a Puerto Rican, East Coast girl (born in Bronx, NY and raised in Philadelphia) but now live in El Paso with my husband and our blended family of six! I'm a military vet, and I love to travel and spend quality time with my family. I also enjoy staying active in and out of the gym and I rarely pass up the opportunity for some retail therapy!
I'm currently completing my degree, but don't let that scare you! As a newer counselor, I bring to sessions the latest research and methods as well as a fresh approach and eagerness to help. I'm especially passionate about working with women, women in the military, couples, and people navigating trauma or life transitions (divorce, moving, etc.). My supervisor calls me "the confidence coach" because I hype my clients into remembering just how awesome, capable, and resilient they are. By the way, I can do all of this in English or Spanish!
I know from my own experience how much counseling can help you navigate and cope with challenging seasons in your life. I'm excited to help others experience the support and healing I have.
No matter how dark your season or situation feels, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Though the journey toward healing can seem daunting at times, it’s worth it, and YOU’RE worth it. Even when you don't see a path forward, I will help you find hope.
Effective therapy requires accountability. I don’t believe in sugar-coating anything, so I’ll never beat around the bush. But I also believe there are effective, empathetic ways to communicate. I’ll ask the tough questions, but I will always do so with compassion.
I believe in you. I truly want to help you navigate whatever you’re facing. My hope is to encourage and empower you with the confidence and new skills necessary to walk your path boldly and happily. This isn't just a career for me--it's a passion, and I'm excited to see you win.

Our experiences often impact how we feel about ourselves. Whether we get the negative messaging from the world or our own thoughts, counseling can help us build confidence.
Things change We are always moving from where we've been to where we are going. Those shifts often present unique challenges your therapist can help you navigate.
Stress is your physiological response to the demands of life. Too much stress create significant problems for your health. Counseling can help you reduce or better manage it.
