OUR TEAM

Hey, I'm ARIENNE!

Arienne Mickles,
Practice Manager

(she/her)

  • Who I Am

I'm a Florida Native currently living in Baltimore, MD with my Partner & Puppy! I enjoy lifting weights, traveling, testing new recipes, & indulging in a good book. I am passionate about the normalization of rest, relaxation, and luxury in our everyday lives, so I am often seeking opportunities to do something that feels luxurious and relaxing such as going to brunch, getting a massage, or spending time at an adorable teahouse.

  • What I Do

I am an experience maker, a business owner, and a strategic thought partner! Through my business, The Memorable Practice, I have the opportunity to support Mental Health Private Practices in ensuring the backend of their business is streamlined in a way that creates a positively memorable experience for their clients and the clinicians on their team. My favorite part is being able to support clinicians in a way that allows them to make an even greater impact for their clients!

  • Why I Do It

I believe everyone should have access to quality therapy services and unfortunately, one of the biggest barriers to therapy services for people of color is the availability of clinicians of color. My hope is that by supporting clinicians and allowing them to step away from the day-to-day operations and administrative aspects of their practices, they are able to serve more people who need them.

  • Who I Am

I'm a multiracial (Mexican & Filipina) girl from all over. I was born in Boston, raised in Hawaii, California, and Texas--El Paso where my family and I currently live! My hubby and I have 3 sons and I am a proud PRIDE MOM! I enjoy lifting weights, painting, and facilitating sound meditation with crystal singing bowls and chanting.

  • What I Do

I help clients put the "we" in "wellness." I believe in approaching health from a holistic perspective. I'm looking forward to getting back to counseling. Until then, I'm doing something I've been doing for 15 years--coaching clients to better manage stress, relationships, and life.

  • Why I Do It

My own wellness journey has included so many approaches beyond conventional ways of healing. I want to help others open their minds, hearts, and bodies to methods that work for them. And I've been doing this for 15 years!
