You must be in the state of Texas for your session. If you are not, this is considered a late cancelation.
You cannot be driving during your session. This is considered a late cancelation unless you can pull over to a safe location to hold the session.
Self-pay payments are charged at 9 am CST the morning of your session. Saturday and Sunday appointments are charged 5pm CST on the preceding Friday. Insurance co-pays/deductible payments will be charged each Friday for appointments that week.
