ABOUT ME

Next Chapter Counselor

I’m someone who believes that people are more than the hardest moments. I bring a warm, genuine, and down-to-earth presence to therapy, meeting people where they are without judgment or pressure to be somewhere they’re not ready to be. Whether we’re working through relationships, life transitions, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, I’m here to help you understand where you’ve been and decide where you want to go from here.

How I Can Support You

CLINICAL AREAS I OFTEN SUPPORT

I MAY BE AN ESPECIALLY GOOD FIT FOR

01People who are ready for change but are still figuring out where to start.Read whyClose

My approach to therapy begins with meeting you where you are. In addition to my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, I also have worked with  individuals, couples, adolescents, and children across a variety of settings, including private practice, an ABA clinica, a psychiatric hospital, and a county jail. These experiences have helped me appreciate how each person’s circumstances, experiences, and readiness for change shape their journey.

02Couples who love each other but keep having the same arguments.Read whyClose

I help couples explore what may be happening beneath recurring arguments, understand each other’s perspectives, and identify the needs that may be going unheard. My approach focuses on creating space for both partners to feel heard while building healthier ways to communicate and reconnect. You don’t have to stop having disagreements to have a healthy relationship. The goal is learning how to approach those disagreements differently.

03Teens and young adults figuring out who they are while navigating family, relationships, and life changes.Read whyClose

I appreciate the importance of understanding each person’s individual needs and experiences. With my adolescents and young adults, I focus on creating a supportive space where young people can feel heard, explore who they are, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin understanding yourself and deciding what you want your future to look like.

  • Autism & Neurodivergence
  • Families Impacted by Incarceration
  • Family of Origin & Generational Patterns
  • Student Athletes

MY APPROACH

Warm. Genuine. Growth-Focused.

My approach to therapy starts with meeting you where you are. Whether you’re navigating life changes, working through relationship challenges, or trying to understand yourself better, we’ll work together to explore what’s happening and identify what you want to do differently. I’m not here to tell you what your journey should look like, but here to help you move toward the changes that matter to you. Therapy doesn’t have to be about figuring everything out at once. You bring your experiences, your perspective, and your goals; I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, and support as we work toward meaningful change together. Your story matters, and it doesn’t have to determine where you go next.
