BALANCE ⚖️

ABOUT ME

Liberated Livin'

I’m someone who values community and connection, personal growth and a good sense of humor. I believe in creating spaces where people feel comfortable showing up as their full selves, even when it feels scary, and finding ways to live a fulfilling life, even when life is “lifing.” Outside of being a therapist, I’m a creative and an avid learner at heart. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me nurturing relationships with the people I love, creating art, staying active, enjoying music, and exploring new places.

How I Can Support You

CLINICAL AREAS I OFTEN SUPPORT

I MAY BE AN ESPECIALLY GOOD FIT FOR

01those who want to stop self-abandoning or walking on eggshells out of fear of being abandonedRead whyClose

I help clients identify the patterns that keep them stuck, build more secure relationships, and learn how to communicate their needs without losing themselves in the process. My approach is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, and my experience helping clients cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.

02high achievers and perfectionists who are exhausted by the pressure to always have it togetherRead whyClose

Many of the clients I work with are successful on the outside while carrying the weight of anxiety, negative self-talk, emotional overwhelm, or the constant pressure to do more on the inside. Together, we work to challenge rigid thinking, develop practical emotion regulation skills, and create a more balanced, compassionate way of relating to themselves. My work is informed by DBT and my experience helping clients move from perfectionism toward flexibility, self-acceptance, and sustainable growth.

03individuals and couples who want to heal attachment wounds, regulate emotions, communicate effectively, and build healthier relationshipsRead whyClose

I believe healthy relationships with others includes having a healthy relationship with yourself. Whether you’re coming to therapy on your own or with a partner, we will work together to understand attachment wounds, manage emotional dysregulation, build distress tolerance, communicate your needs more effectively, and interrupt cycles that don’t serve you. My work is informed by the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and my experience working with individuals and couples.

MY APPROACH

Empathetic. Collaborative. Holistic.

I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Therapy is a partnership. I am here to work with you to set and achieve goals. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and develop strategies tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. I take a whole-person approach to therapy, recognizing the interconnectedness of your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. By considering the broader context and intersectionalities of your life—your relationships, environment, and identity—we’ll work to build a foundation for resilience and balance that honors every part of who you are.
