Therapy allows you to (re)discover your voice, vision, and values.

ABOUT ME

The Connection Therapist

My birth name means “to connect” or “join,” and I believe I am in one of the most beautiful professions to live out that meaning and my life’s calling. I am passionate about helping clients (re)connect with their needs, wants, values, and communities. My work is grounded in Relational-Cultural Therapy and anchored in three core values: authenticity, vulnerability, and belonging. I believe healing becomes possible when we can show up as our authentic selves, embrace vulnerability, and experience meaningful connection with others.

Healing + Wholeness are not beyond reach.

MY FAVORITE WAYS TO CHILL

Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me...

  • Being my friends’ and family’s personal comedian.
  • Being the fun auntie who travels and perfects her baked Macaroni and Cheese.
  • Going on a hike or finding a new trail.
  • Journaling
  • Trying new restaurants and recipes.
  • Transforming lives and communities through speaking, training, and collaborations.
