Consulting & Speaking
Your investment is $140 for 50-minute therapy sessions.
(Teens may access 40-minute sessions at a rate of $115.)
We offer a limited number of reduced investment spots for clients with financial need.
I am qualified to counsel a variety of challenges. Below are just a few areas I help clients with most.
Trauma & EMDR
Difficult experiences may leave us feeling lost and unlike ourselves. Trauma therapy can help you process the past to move forward to the future you deserve.
We live our entire lives in our bodies. Sometimes, we forget to love those bodies due to the messages we receive. Therapy can help.
Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.
Grief & Loss
Loss is one the most difficult challenges we face in life and it can greatly alter how we navigate the world. Some loss can be traumatic and therapy can help you through this time.
Her clinical experience includes counseling adults, adolescents, and groups. Rebecca centers her speaking, writing, and program development around mental health and education. She is specifically passionate about mental health and wellness for Black women. Her areas of focus and experience include grief/loss, anxiety, body image, self-esteem, faith and mental health, domestic violence, and various forms of trauma. A Denver, CO native, Rebecca now resides in the Dallas, TX area. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, writing, spending time in nature, listening to podcasts, and content creation.
