Who I Am
I am a daughter, sister, friend, and auntie! Currently residing in the Dallas area, I hail from the West! Moving from Colorado to Texas was a catalyst for my personal and professional journey. I found a new meaning for life here in Texas, and it’s even better that I have a huge extended family here!

What I Do
I join alongside clients to cultivate a space where they rediscover their voice, their identity, and their passion for life. I love working with adolescent girls and adult women by empowering them to identify messages that have shaped their current belief system, while collaborating with them to create meaningful change in their life. I am especially intentional with addressing various forms of trauma, self-esteem, and how individuals relate to others and themselves.
-
Why I Do It
I believe one’s past does not have to determine their future. I also believe that one does not have to accept the labels placed on by life, others, and experiences. “Thriving in authenticity” is the message I hope to reveal to each client I work with. Lastly, I believe that self-compassion and grace are key ingredients for wholeness.
MY APPROACH
Selecting the right therapist or coach is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.
Relational
Our therapeutic relationship is extremely important to me. Before jumping into the core of our work, it is important to me to establish trust, care, and a courageous space with you.
Intentional
It is important to me that you receive the best out of your therapeutic experience. In that regard, I am intentional with the interventions I provide. I will ensure counseling is tailored and unique to your needs and goals.
Encouraging
Not only do I believe in the value of working through life’s challenges, but I also want to celebrate your wins! Choosing to embark on a journey of healing can be hard, scary, and unpredictable. It can also be liberating, refreshing, and transformative. I want you to know that I truly am cheering for you to win…not just in therapy, but in life.

Investment
Your investment is $125 for 50-minute therapy sessions.
(Teens may access 40-minute sessions at a rate of $100.)
I am in network only with Aetna insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill for reimursement if you have out-of-network benefits with another insurance provider. I also offer a limited number of reduced investment spots for clients with financial need.
SPECIALTIES
I am qualified to counsel a variety of challenges. Below are just a few areas I help clients with most.

Trauma + EMDR & CPT
Difficult experiences may leave us feeling lost and unlike ourselves. Trauma therapy can help you process the past to move forward to the future you deserve.

Self-Esteem &
Body Image
We live our entire lives in our bodies. Sometimes, we forget to love those bodies due to the messages we receive. Therapy can help.

Anxiety
Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.

Grief & Loss
Loss is one the most difficult challenges we face in life and it can greatly alter how we navigate the world. Some loss can be traumatic and therapy can help you through this time.
