Who I Am
I am a Dallas native, born and raised in the metroplex. I’ve lived here all my life aside from a few years in North Carolina and Tennessee. I live with my husband and our dog, a seven year old lab, and my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews are all within arms reach across Dallas as well. I like to spend my downtime going on walks, having dinners with friends, crafting, playing card games, or just hanging out with my family.

What I Do
I help individuals maximize the quality of their life despite challenging circumstances. While I am qualified to counselor on a variety of issues and am committed to creating a safe space for clients from all identities, I am especially passionate about supporting clients navigating body image, perinatal concerns, control and general anxiety, and challenges for caregivers. In all matters, I want clients to know they are not alone. I believe by dedicating the time and space to work together with care and humility, we can turn surviving into thriving.

Why I Do It
We cannot control what life brings our way or what circumstances we are handed, though we can choose how we receive them and how we allow it to frame our next steps. Knowing yourself is an important part of this and not everyone has the safe space to foster self-understanding. I want to help. You are not alone, we can grow forward together.
MY APPROACH
Selecting the right therapist is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.
Warm
I believe healing begins in spaces where you feel safe and cared for, which is why I strive to create an environment that feels welcoming, gentle, and supportive. I approach therapy with compassion and patience, honoring your pace and your lived experience. My hope is that from the very beginning, you feel at ease knowing this is a space where you are held with care.
Relational
Because growth happens through connection, I view therapy as a collaborative relationship rather than something I do to or for you. I come alongside you as a partner in the process, listening deeply and valuing the trust we build together. Through that relationship, we work to better understand your experiences, emotions, and patterns in a way that feels shared and supportive.
Empowering
While life often brings circumstances we cannot control, I believe therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths and inner wisdom. I focus on helping you build self-understanding, confidence, and practical tools so you feel more equipped to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to support you in moving from simply getting through the day to feeling more grounded, capable, and empowered in your choices.

AREAS OF FOCUS
I am qualified to counsel on a variety of challenges. Below are just a few areas I help clients with most.

Anxiety
Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.

Self-Esteem &
Body Image
We live our entire lives in our bodies. Sometimes, we forget to love those bodies due to the messages we receive. Therapy can help.

Life Transitions
Things change. We are always moving from where we've been to where we are going. Those shifts often present unique challenges your therapist can help you navigate.

Caregivers
Caregivers (whether by profession or relation) are always navigating the balance of support for others with their own self-care. As a helping professional, I get it and I want to help you.
