RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Whether planning your forever or "for now," counseling can help you better connect, better communicate, or realize you're better apart.

What is Relationship Therapy?
Most commonly referred to as “couples counseling” or “marriage counseling,” we choose to recognize the variety of romantic-emotional relationships that exist. “Relationship therapy” is inclusive of couples, ex-partners, co-parents, polyamorous relationships, and other ways two or more people may connect. Â
Most commonly, partners come into therapy wanting to improve communication. Counseling can help you to identify your communication styles and emotional patterns and to explore the personal and relationship histories that impact your behavior.
Relationship therapy can focus on preparing for your future (such as with premarital counseling) or help you find new ways of relating to each other if you have been finding yourself navigating the same issues again and again.
