  • Who I Am

I was born and raised in Dallas Texas, with deep roots in both West African & African American cultures. I am a daughter, a sister, and a friend to many. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, engaging in fun activities. Having played sports my entire life, I’m always up for a race on the track. Music and reading are my go-to sources of inspiration. I am passionate about giving back to my community in any way that I can. Currently, I work as a behavioral technician, supporting children who have autism and/or various disabilities.

  • What I Do

As a clinician, my role is to support my clients in achieving their goals. I aim to help them break free from negative thoughts and behaviors, fostering positive change. Self-love and love for others are powerful keys to living a fulfilling life. Despite the challenges life throws at us, true growth happens when we can still love ourselves and evolve into stronger individuals. My goal is to be a safe, supportive space for you.

  • Why I Do It

Due to my own identities, I can relate to some of the struggles people face in life. We live in a diverse world, and each person is unique. It is crucial for individuals to know who they are, be able to embrace who they are, and to be proud of who they are. Regardless of what the world may say, the most important thing is to work toward self-fulfillment. My motivation is to help others and be able to contribute to their well-being. With everyone I encounter, my mission is to be their biggest supporter. I am here to walk alongside you in this journey.

Selecting the right therapist is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.

Relationship Concerns

You want to be together but life with another person isn't always easy. Improving communication and connection can help.

Life Transitions

Things change. We are always moving from where we've been to where we are going. Those shifts often present unique challenges your therapist can help you navigate.
