I was born and raised in Texas and currently live in Texarkana. Beyond counseling, I'm also a wife, sister, daughter, and friend. I love books, interior design, iced coffee, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
I help clients identify and challenge the negative thoughts that impact their feelings and actions. I'm especially passionate about working with couples, women, and teen girls.
Life's challenges aren't meant to be navigated alone. As a therapist, I get to walk alongside through their toughest moments--and also through their biggest victories.
I haven't been in your exact situation, but I know what it's like to want to feel better. I believe you deserve more and I want to help you get it. I listen, validate, and work with you to move forward in a way that honors you and your unique journey.
You probably aren't seeking counseling just to have your therapist nod along. I will always (kindly) give you the truth. Together, we will recognize your potential blind spots as well as strengths you may be overlooking.
I bring my professional experience and you bring your lifelong experiences. I see you as an equal partner in our work, and I respect you. Whatever your background, identity, or story, you are affirmed here as we navigate your concerns together.
Your investment is $140 for 50 minute sessions.
I also offer shorter 40-minute sessions for teens only at a rate of $125 per session.Â
We offer a limited number of reduced investment spots for clients with financial need.
Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.
Loss (of loved ones, jobs, relationships) is one the most difficult challenges we face in life and it can greatly alter how we navigate the world.
You want to be together but life with another person isn't always easy. Improving communication and connection can help.
Girls in high school often are navigating challenges of identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and pressures of social media.
