Who I Am
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and value meaningful connections. In my free time, I like binge-watching TV, swimming, listening to music, and singing. I also enjoy traveling and helping others, which brings me a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
-
What I Do
I work with individuals who want a safe space to talk, reflect, and grow. I believe therapy should feel welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free. My approach is all about meeting you where you are, honoring who you are, and walking alongside you as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself—at your own pace.

Why I Do It
My passion for therapy comes from understanding how isolating life can feel when you’re carrying everything on your own. I know how difficult it can be to navigate anxiety, uncertainty, and everyday challenges without support. Those experiences shape how I show up for clients—with patience, empathy, and genuine care. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, understood, and reminded that you don’t have to face life’s ups and downs alone.
MY APPROACH
Selecting the right therapist is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.
Calm
I believe healing is easier when your nervous system feels supported, which is why I bring a steady, grounding presence into the therapy space. I move at your pace and help create an environment that feels predictable, safe, and emotionally manageable. Together, we focus on slowing things down so you can process your thoughts and feelings with greater clarity.
Caring
At the heart of my work is genuine compassion, so I strive to make sure you feel heard, respected, and supported. I approach each session with empathy and patience, recognizing that everyone’s story deserves care and understanding. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment.
Client-Centered
Because your experiences and goals matter most, I focus on what feels most important to you. I collaborate with you to shape therapy in a way that aligns with your needs, values, and readiness for change. You remain the expert on your life, and my role is to support and guide you as you move forward.

AREAS OF FOCUS
I am qualified to counsel on a variety of challenges. Below are just a few areas I help clients with most.

Anxiety
Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.

ADHD
Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder impacts children, teens, and adults from various backgrounds. There's nothing wrong with you; your brain just works differently. Let's develop strategies for navigating a world that can be overstimulating.

LGBTQIA+ Concerns
LGBTQIA+ folks face some of the same difficulties as other folks but also have unique challenges best navigated with a therapist who gets it.

Emerging Adults (18-29)
Early adulthood is full of transition. Decisions about the path to take –whether to enter the workforce, start a business or to attend college – and who you are becoming add a number of stressors, particularly for those blazing a new path for their lineage.
