  • Who I Am

From Vegas by way of Chicago, I bring a lot of heart and a deep respect for people’s stories into everything I do. Outside of the therapy room, I’m usually reading something thought-provoking, spending time with loved ones, or enjoying quiet moments of reflection. I believe in showing up with my full self—and I welcome you to do the same.

  • What I Do

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate the messy, meaningful parts of life—grief, anxiety, identity, transitions, and relational challenges. I especially enjoy supporting student-athletes trying to balance performance and pressure; helping professionals, faith leaders, and caregivers who carry a lot for others; and folks from underrepresented backgrounds looking for space to just be. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to do the work.

  • Why I Do It

I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to shrink, edit yourself, or carry it all alone. Too often, people who hold a lot for others struggle to find spaces where they feel seen and supported. I became a therapist because I want to help create those spaces—ones where your story is honored, your culture is understood, and your healing is centered.

MY APPROACH

Selecting the right therapist is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.

Contextual

You are not just an individual—you’re part of many systems that shape your experiences. I will help you make sense of your environment, relationships, and past experiences and how they intersect with the challenges you’re facing today. Therapy with me includes honoring all of those layers.

Affirming

You deserve to feel safe, seen, and respected in therapy. I will honor all of your identities and lived experiences so you don’t have to leave any part of yourself at the door. My hope is that you can show up fully—and know that’s more than enough.

Collaborative

You are the expert on your own life, and our work together will reflect that. I'll partner with you, not preach to you, and together we’ll build a process that feels meaningful and manageable. You’ll never be expected to do this alone.

AREAS OF FOCUS

I am qualified to counsel on a variety of challenges. Below are just a few areas I help clients with most.

Anxiety

Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.

Relationship Concerns

You want to be together but life with another person isn't always easy. Improving communication and connection can help.

Life Transitions

Things change. We are always moving from where we've been to where we are going. Those shifts often present unique challenges your therapist can help you navigate.

Family Issues

Family issues can deeply impact our lives and shape our relationships and sense of belonging. Whether navigating conflicts, transitions, or communication breakdowns, family therapy can help.
