Who I Am
I grew up in St. Louis, MO, an experience that taught me resilience, grit, and the importance of showing up even when things feel challenging. I now live in Dallas, Texas, enjoying the warmer weather, good food, and the chance to explore new places every weekend. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time watching YouTube.

What I Do
I work with individuals and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about what’s next. Many of my clients come to therapy navigating anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, or feeling disconnected in their relationships. I’m especially passionate about working with couples who want support around communication, emotional closeness, conflict, and understanding patterns that continue to show up in their relationship. With individuals, I offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself as you move through change. In our work together, I focus on creating a warm, brave space where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

Why I Do It
I believe our relationships and life experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. When people feel stuck, whether in a relationship, a season of life, or internally, it can feel lonely and overwhelming. I find meaning in walking alongside people during these moments, helping them feel supported, understood, and less alone as they move toward change. Growing up in an environment that required perseverance and determination, and later navigating major life transitions myself, I sit with clients human-to-human: with patience, empathy, and respect for the strength it takes to keep moving forward.
MY APPROACH
Selecting the right therapist is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.
Authentic
Therapy works best when it feels real, so I show up with honesty, openness, and genuine care. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or have the “right” answers. Instead, we focus on being truthful about what you’re experiencing and curious about what you need moving forward.
Relational
I believe growth happens through connection, which is why I view therapy as a collaborative relationship built on trust and mutual understanding. I pay close attention to relational patterns, family dynamics, and how past experiences show up in the present. Together, we explore these connections to support deeper insight, healthier communication, and more fulfilling relationships.
Empathetic
I approach each client with compassion and understanding, which means I strive to truly hear and honor your lived experience. I recognize how vulnerable it can be to talk about relationships, stress, or uncertainty. My goal is to help you feel supported and less alone as we work through challenges together.

Relationship Concerns
You want to be together but life with another person isn't always easy. Improving communication and connection can help.

Anxiety
Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.

Family Issues
Family issues can deeply impact our lives and shape our relationships and sense of belonging. Whether navigating conflicts, transitions, or communication breakdowns, family therapy can help.

Life Transitions
Things change. We are always moving from where we've been to where we are going. Those shifts often present unique challenges your therapist can help you navigate.
