  • Who I Am

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and currently live in Dallas. I'm a huge sports fan (Go Denver teams!), love to play video games, and enjoy a good book, You can find me exploring new recipes, finding fun things to do in Dallas, and getting back into traveling after finishing up my master's degree.

  • What I Do

I strive to create a warm, safe, and welcoming space where individuals can explore their inner world, decompress, and grow while gently challenging the limiting beliefs that hold them back. I am a change agent who values the wisdom of clients’ lived experiences, and I work collaboratively to support healing, empowerment, and the creation of a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.

  • Why I Do It

I understand the importance of being truly seen, validated, and heard. Life presents challenges that require wisdom, discernment, and healthy boundaries, and I am drawn to this work because I want to walk alongside people as they navigate those moments. I am committed to helping clients develop new perspectives, build confidence, establish their voice, implement effective boundaries, and trust themselves.

MY APPROACH

Selecting the right therapist is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.

Empowering

I believe clients already carry wisdom within them, so I help you strengthen self-trust and recognize your own capacity for change. Together, we explore new perspectives, identify patterns, and build practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to your own voice.

Expressive

Healing often begins when you feel safe enough to be fully seen, so I support you in identifying, reclaiming, and expressing your authentic voice. I help clients explore emotions, needs, boundaries, and desires that may have been silenced or overlooked. In our work together, expression becomes a pathway toward clarity, confidence, and more meaningful relationships.

Compassionate

I know therapy can feel vulnerable, which is why I create a warm, supportive space rooted in empathy, dignity, and respect. I meet each client with care for their lived experience, culture, identity, and personal story. My approach centers safety and understanding so clients can explore difficult experiences without shame or judgment.

AREAS OF FOCUS

I am qualified to counsel on a variety of challenges. Below are just a few areas I help clients with most.

Stress Management

Stress is your physiological response to the demands of life. Too much stress create significant problems for your health. Counseling can help you reduce or better manage it.

Anxiety

Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.

Depression

More than just "feeling sad," depression can look different for each person. You may isolate, lack motivation, or have trouble enjoying things. Or you may appear to be doing well but suffering silently.

Self-Esteem

Our experiences often impact how we feel about ourselves. Whether we get the negative messaging from the world or our own thoughts, counseling can help us build confidence.
