Who I Am
I'm a devoted and compassionate individual who loves to serve the community. I am a mother of two and a proud auntie! I am a Michigan girl at heart (born and raised), but have spent my adulthood in the great state of Texas. I love travel, sports, experiencing new adventures, museums, and most importantly spending quality time with my family. Chipotle is my comfort food!

What I Do
I am determined to make sure my time is intentional to my clients' needs and lend support to helping navigate the past, present and future. I take a side by side approach with my clients to navigating life from a different lens. I love the person-centered approach that allows room for self-reflection and personal growth. I am committed to providing a safe space and I fully understand how people don't always feel privy to having a safe space in other settings. It's important that I empower you to explore your life changes, transitions and traumas comfortably.

Why I Do It
Counseling is a safe space for everyone to navigate what life throws at them. I understand the magnitude of how life changing counseling is. I am an advocate for those who need a safe space and want a sense of comfort. I do this because everyone deserves a chance at experience the best of life and I've seen firsthand how much of a difference it can make life.
MY APPROACH
Selecting the right therapist is important and we know it. Here's a bit about my vibe.
Empowering
Your growth and independence are at the heart of my approach. I believe in giving you the tools and confidence to take charge of your life, and I want you to feel capable and supported. Together, we’ll celebrate your strengths and overcome challenges.
Real
Authenticity is key in our sessions. I hope to create a space where you can be yourself, and I will always be honest and transparent. We’ll tackle life’s challenges head-on, with no sugarcoating but plenty of understanding.
Compassionate
I meet you where you are with empathy and care. In our work, I want you to feel seen, heard, and truly valued. I’m here to support your healing journey with kindness and without judgment.

SPECIALTIES
I am qualified to counsel on a variety of challenges. Below are just a few areas I help clients with most.

Anxiety
Whether lifelong or a recent experience, this may look like worrying a lot, struggling with intrusive thoughts, and/or often feeling restless.

Depression
More than just "feeling sad," depression can look different for each person. You may isolate, lack motivation, or have trouble enjoying things. Or you may appear to be doing well but suffering silently.

Grief & Loss
Loss is one the most difficult challenges we face in life and it can greatly alter how we navigate the world. Some loss can be traumatic and therapy can help you through this time.

Stress Management
Stress is your physiological response to the demands of life. Too much stress create significant problems for your health. Counseling can help you reduce or better manage it.
